Definitions
M8 Auto Tec is a trading name of Kiox Ltd company postal address PO Box 765, Richmond, TW9 3UZ and registration number 4691646 (Cardiff) whose registered office is 22 St John Street Newport Pagnell Bucks MK16 8HJ. Who sell and supply specialist motor equipment and accessories in the course of the trade or business.
"Buyer/Purchaser" shall mean any person, sole trader, partnership, business or body corporate or other entity detailed in the appropriate section of the sales invoice/order form and shall include all successors heirs and assigns. Where the Buyer purchases in the course of a trade, profession or vocation, hobby or sport, it is agreed that such buyer shall mean a "Trade Buyer". Where a person deals entirely as a consumer, their consumer rights are unaffected and that such buyer shall mean a "Consumer Buyer".
"Price" shall mean the Consideration due for purchase and VAT shall be included unless otherwise stated. Purchasers should note that prices quoted may vary and current prices are quoted at the time of order.
"Day" shall mean any day including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays."Working Day" shall mean Monday to Friday (inclusive) exclusive public holidays.

General
These terms and conditions shall apply to all of M8 Auto Tec quotations and contract, orders for the sale or supply of goods accepted by M8 Auto Tec. M8 Auto Tec reserves the right to amend technical or clerical errors in any order without notice.
The web site information and pictures on display are indicative only and any specifications, weights, measurements and technical data (whether relating to performance or not) have been prepared by manufacturers and are for guidance only.

Guarantees
All guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to the terms and conditions contained therein. Compatibility of the goods are not guaranteed where modifications and alterations have been made to the vehicles.Your statutory rights are not affected

Returns Policy
Products may be returned within seven working days of delivery, the statutory "cooling off" period. Products returned within this seven working days period are returned at the Customers cost. After this period has expired products may only be returned if they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for their purpose or do not correspond with the description originally provided. Products ordered to the customer's specification cannot be returned unless they are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or do not correspond with the description originally provided. This does not affect your statutory rights.Any costs incurred in returning Products which do not comply with the statutory requirements shall be refunded by M8 Auto Tec.
Pricing and Availability
We list availability for products sold by us on the web site Beyond this we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that any Dispatch Estimate is not an agreed Dispatch time and should not be relied on as such.

Customs
When ordering goods from M8 Auto Tec for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination. Any additional charges and customs clearance is to be borne by the customer.
Events Beyond our Reasonable Control
M8 Auto Tec UK will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This conditions does not affect your statutory rights.
Waiver
If you breach these conditions and M8 Auto Tec does not take action, M8 Auto Tec will remain entitled to use their rights and remedies under this agreement in respect of any other breach of these terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
Payment Terms
Goods purchased are subject to VAT at the UK rate of 17.5% within the European Union. The M8 Auto Tec VAT number is 814530846

Privacy Policy Statement
In this policy "you" and "your" refer to the customer, "we", "us" and "our" refer to M8 Auto Tec and "third party" or "third parties" refer to all persons, entities, services and companies other than the customer and M8 Auto Tec.

Data Privacy
At M8 Auto Tec we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide ourselves with a meaningful customer profile database in order that we can keep the web site relevant to those who use it.
Any information collated in the course of your use of the site will not be passed to third parties unless necessary to fulfil your order.

When you place an order through us, we require your name, address, contact details and credit/debit card details. Your name, address and contact details are given to suppliers and/or couriers as required to enable delivery of your purchases to you. Your car details will only be used to enable us to identify the correct part of your car when purchasing from us. Your credit card details are used to make the monetary transaction for your purchase(s). They are then only retained in our financial records for accounting purposes only and will not be used for any other purpose.

Fitting of all our products require a degree of expertise, if you are not component you need to have them fitted by a competent garage/body shop.
