Policy
It is our policy to dispatch all orders on the same day that they are received.

We do however, request that customers allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Delivery is by either Royal Mail or private carrier, and in most cases a signature will be required upon receipt.
Delivery charges vary due to the physical size of the box. These charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on size, weight, value and destination. You will be informed of the delivery charge to mainland UK addresses before confirming your order.

If you need items to be delivered outside mainland UK i.e. offshore islands, Scottish highlands or overseas destinations, there maybe an additional charge. We will contact you with costs for this service before processing your order.

Damage in transit
You are strongly advised to examine your delivery upon receipt before signing for it. If subsequently you do find some damage to any item, we must be notified us as quickly as possible if any damage or faults are identified. Failure to do so may prevent us from replacing the item.

Typical delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order in Kilograms (prices are subject to change).
